At Creality Falcon, we stand behind the precision and quality of our laser engraving technology. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery provided the items are in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the laser engraver or accessories in the original factory box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective foam inserts are included to prevent shipping damage.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or your chosen carrier's label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized shipping center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
